Not commonly seen in the wild or used in native gardens, sweet Indian plantain is a distinctive, tall native perennial for moist, rich soil in full sun to light shade.  Its late summer white flowers attract a variety of pollinators.  Best used in mixed borders, rain gardens, or moist areas.
