This easy to grow, colorful deciduous shrub can be used as a specimen, hedge, foundation plant, or along the water's edge.  Its variegated foliage emerges pink in spring and matures to creamy white and green.  Best in full sun (some shade appreciated where summers are hot) and average to moist soil.  Moderately fast growing to 6' or more; leave it wild or trim for a more formal appearance.
