DeGroot's Spire arborvitae is a slow-growing, very narrow, upright form of Northern white cedar that is always neat and uniform.  Compared to 'Smaragd' (Emerald Green arborvitae), 'DeGroot's Spire is more narrow, more uniform, slower growing, and tends to form a stronger single leader.
