If you have the right environment, weeping Alaska cedar is an elegant specimen tree. Performs best in moist, fertile soils in areas with cool summers and plenty of precipitation throughout the year.    Deep blue-green evergreen foliage gracefully weeps from long, pendulous branches.  The same plant is also listed as a Chamaecyparis, Cupressus, and Xanthocyparis.
