White Pygmy is a very slow-growing evergreen shrub with fine-textured white-tipped foliage that is soft to the touch.  Perfect for rock gardens, mixed planters, or raised planting beds where its diminutive size can be appreciated.  Requires no trimming to maintain its rounded form but it can be sheared for a more formal appearance if desired.  Some afternoon shade is advisable.
