Rarely seen in the trade, Piccolo arborvitae is a hardy, slow-growing, dense, uniform,  teardrop shaped Northern white cedar that maintains its dark minty green foliage color throughout the winter.  Use with other dwarf conifers in borders, raised beds, or containers.
